Report Guide
*When reporting a member, do NOT attempt to post on this thread or any public one. Reports are to be sent to either Inval or Roga/Admin via PM.
Note: Making a false report is strictly against the rules. If it is found that you intentionally submitted a false report, the consequences can be very severe. The exact consequences will depend on your false report, but can range from losing several privileges both on-site and in-game to being eternally banned from both.
Please use good judgement when reporting someone, if the person did break the rules, you are encouraged to send a report. If with good intentions, you send in a report that you think describes a rule breaking, but doesn't count as such you will receive an explanation on rule breaking, and why your report wasn't quite legitimate; though you will not be punished. However, if you keep sending in 'Tattle-tale reports' of things that don't break the rules despite previous discussion, you will face consequences.
Thirdly, please make an attempt to take the situation into your own hands before reporting a member. If they're doing something that breaks the rules, tell them and ask them to stop. If they disregard you, then it's time to send in a report.
*Required Fields*
-Rule breaker's Character Name
-Rule breaker's Username
-What they did that was against the rules
-When they broke the rules (Day) (Please write the date, not just something like 'Last Monday')
-How severely the rule was broken, please add a description of how badly they did it (Did they just barely skim the surface of unacceptable, or were they wildly and purposefully mocking the rules?)
-Party of reporter (Were you a victim or a witness?)
-A screenshot of them breaking the rule
